My managed support gives you a set number of hours for my technicians to help you with your website issues, content updates and feature enhancements whenever you need them.

Why you should consider a support agreement
Websites and online applications are increasingly becoming business critical. It is often only when your website goes ‘down’ that you realise the impact that it can have on your business.
My support programs allocate dedicated professionals to deal with your support needs, from dealing with expired SSL certificates to restoring your site from a backup.
How my managed support works
My support agreements allow you to pre-book resources to help add and amend content and fix issues with your website.
You can use my team’s resources to help you with content management, problem resolution, advice and emergency assistance during normal business hours (9am till 6pm Monday through Friday UK time).
The minimum amount that you can buy is two hours of support time per month, for at least six months.
Payment is taken via direct debit each month, and you can modify or stop your agreement at any time.
Any unused hours will be banked up to three months, so you can save your support hours for something bigger (such as a new section of your website or a new feature).
I update your monthly usage in a simple email report each month.
